DO NOT have Grand Subaru install your remote start! We've had nothing but issues. It was for our brand new car we were purchasing from them, but they installed an aftermarket part (unbeknownst to us) so it does not work the way the vehicle manual says it should and has nothing but issues. If you don't want to get stranded with your car in "lockdown mode," don't have them install this junk! Take it somewhere where they will install the Subaru parts you're paying for!!
The entire buying process was so simple and fast and such a good price I flew from Pittsburgh to Chicago to get the car. Brianna was extremely helpful and responded to emails almost immediately. All around great experience and I love my new Forester! Go to Grand Subaru. You'll be glad you did.

I wanted to take time to thank Adam Kosela, Conrad Swiatkowski, and John Francel at Grand Subaru for a great Service experience. I had recently brought my 2018 STI to Gary Lang Subaru in regards to alignment which they told me was not an issue. After posting the results on a local Subaru group page Adam Kosela took it upon himself to reach out to me and inform me that the results clearly show there is an issue.
