They repeatedly call - multiple times each week, leaving messages about "an appointment " and unintelligibly identifying themselves so you're left wondering "What appt, where, huh?" and call back, whereupon they try to sell you on coming in to buy a car! SO UNETHICAL & INVASIVE! And despite my requests to remove me from their marketing list and stop calling, they continue!!! HEY GRAND SUBARU STOP!
3 years ago my dad purchased a Mazda 3 from Joe for me - my first adult car. Today I purchased my first car (with my dad’s help 😉) from Joe. The best car salesman ever. I highly recommend him when shopping for a car. He’s kind and personable, and takes the time to understand what we’re looking for and will recommend a great car. I will always go back to Joe when purchasing a new vehicle! ❤️
The buying process was good and and everything there after has been awful. After the vehicle is sold the staff is unresponsive. Once they get around to addressing your concern they are curt, bordering on rude. Convenient errors seem to happen often. Little more than an excuse is offered in response when they end up costing you time or money.
Grand Subaru appreciates their customers and treats them very well. Today was a sponsored track event! So much fun!
