Purchased my 2015 Subaru BRZ Premium yesterday. Kiril helped me out and made everything go really smooth. They paid off the rest of my 2015 Ford Mustang GT and was able to leave with a very low mileage BRZ. Awesome dealership and good service.
Don't let the bad reviews deter you. Some people complain about everything. I just bought a 2017 Crosstrek Limited and got a great deal, and superior customer service. Nicole was my sales person, and her follow up and communication was excellent. They had exactly what I wanted ready for delivery in less than a week....at a better deal than other dealers were offering the premium model. Thanks Nicole and everyone at Grand Subaru!
Great customer service at the service department and the parts department!!! I will drive 45 minutes and pass up two other Subaru dealerships to go to this one.
