After getting the run around by another dealership I emailed Grand subaru. After a couple of emails were agrees on a price. The day I went to pick it up, everything was taken care of, just had to sign the papers. The transaction was super easy and comfortable. Grand is the best dealership I've ever worked with. Thank you.

Had an issue with a recently purchased used car. I went in expecting to have to fight to have it fixed since it was sold with no warranty. They met me at the door with a smile and the offer of a loaner car while mine was being fixed. They really didn't "have" to fix it since it was sold "as is", but they made good on their service. We have purchased two Subarus here and will be back!
