Great experience with Neely and Grand Subaru!!! Easy experience over the phone, email, and in person. Neely took a lot of time to explain things to us. Willing to negotiate and accommodate, this was our second car from them.

I absolutely love Mark Hoen! He made this car buying experience not a shit show. He knows what he's talking about and he's funny as hell. Also knows how to be serious when he needs to be. I did not feel pressured or intimidated by him at all. We laughed and really had a good time. Unlike every other sales person I have dealt with. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the shit. Calm, laid back, funny, and intelligent. I WILL be requesting for him when I go back.

I came in this place looking for a Subaru but I wasn't sure which model to go with. Nicole helped me throughly and was very patient. I test drove many cars until I found "the one". Drove away with a new Subaru Impreza a few days later. Great place with very helpful staff.
