This place is absolutely garbage. Worst management in the country by far.
Purchased a 2017 Outback on July 30th, spent over 8 hours in total between test drives and all my questions. I can honestly say that Grand Subaru was a pleasure to deal with and went up and beyond what was expected. Everyone was courteous and a pleasure, however one person was head and shoulders above all. Nealy is a rock star, I would highly suggest if you are looking for someone to work with Nealy is that person!!
We've been going here all the time for maintenance of our 2012 Impreza. Their team is so friendly and accommodating. So it was no question that i come here to buy my WRX yesterday. Transaction was smooth and fast. Matt was so helpful and took care of everything so well from the beginning when we were just looking around. Absolutely no fuss dealing with their team. :)
I got my WRX from Sandy from grand Subaru in bensenville. She is very easy to deal with, no hidden cost and no playing game, fast transaction!!!!
Purchased a brand new 2015 Subaru Outback. When it came time for 12,000 mile service called to schedule never received a call back. Now the car won't start and Grand Subaru is saying they don't know when they can get to it. Their customer service is poor and gives Subaru a terrible name.
We just purchased an Outback from Grand Subaru and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely return to this dealership for service and purchasing another Subaru.
