Aura Soberanis, I give it 5 stars! Internet Sales Manager is not only friendly & courteous but quite thorough. She walked me through the process & obtained a better deal then the one I had obtained, for the 2019 Subaru Forrester Sport. She is prompt in calling you back. I also liked the friendliness of the dealership on the whole! I won’t hesitate to recommend Aura or the dealership to my friends & family! .

I would not recommend ever doing business with this dealership. I had a car shipped that I was told was in great shape only to receive a very dirty car with tons of issues. Tried talking to management about having it shipped back because it was not what I was told & surely he would want to be honest about the problem only to be told I can't return the car. Very unprofessional & do not stand behind their words.
