This place is a shit show my gf had an IV barely got that and they just jammed something up her nose and made her start crying almost shed be better off at a circuis for fuck sakes

My son is a student at the college in Grand Rapids he was seen at Grand Itasca clinic and had an MRI, the physician came in and said he had a meniscual year and should wear a brace. The " nurse" came in put the brace on and did not tell my son that it would be billed to an outside vendor. The brace did not fit. The Dr never checked the fitting on this $1100. brace. My son sent home with brace that did not fit. I called to share my concerns. The clinic nurse manager, said it is not their problem I have to contact the orthotic... read more
