I've have good experiences mixed with bad. There's been quite a few times I've went to the ER, was there for over 4 hours, and told nothing was wrong with me.
The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring. Grand Itasca is my first choice of clinics and hospitals. Quality close to home.
I have only ever had one bad experience that was when I was little. Have found nothing but awesome staff & doctors have helped a lot. So happy to have found a doctor here that is close to the doctor u had when I moved up here. Thank you all at grand itasca for all the help & great services!! Awesome people!!!? :)
I just got out after having surgery. The whole staff was wonderful. Dr. Gildner and Dr Hennesy were great as were all the nurses...no complaints here...
This is by far the very worse medical facility in the country. My family has had to put up with years of horrible doctors. Do NOT go to this facility!
The ER needs some attention,over 8 hours is excessive to be sitting with a gangrenous gall bladder and then talked to like your an idiot. Enough said there.Now on the other hand,MED/SURG, OR, radiology , the staff, gave us a whole new perspective on nursing and health care.they are true professionals and it shows.
Horrible wait times and the medical records staff is worthless. Now I remember why I banned this hospital in the first place. Was hoping they got better over the years.
