The beds were mid range. We were sent a room service breakfast we did not order. This was removed from the bill with no issues thank goodness. The bell service was painfully slow but nice bellman when he arrived. Did not meet expectations for a property with this name.

We take 2 of our grandchildren every year for the PARADE OF LIGHTS and stay at your place...love it every year..however $42 is pricey for parking..thank you

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver was what. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms are very nice & very comfortable. I plan on staying next Thanksgiving.

Fantastic Hotel. Great location and if you love wine make sure you stop at the bar and ask for a House Cab. Thanks

Stayed at the hotel with my husband for 3 nights on 9/17-9/21. Today is 10/24 (over a month later) received my AMEX statement. Called Hyatt wondering why my statement was so high! They charged me $2101.00 for a bottle of water!!!!! Are u kidding me? That was over a month ago!!!!! And I had to chase you down to be refunded??? Not to mention that fact that U can't refund me for 10 business days! Wtf it's not like a couple of hundreds of dollars!!!! You over charge me for $2101.00????? For a bottle of water?????
