Great rooms and service. Very convenient for downtown needs
Was at a special event which was fabulous. Food was great. But Dining room way too dark for folks eating - don't know why they thought less light was good. The valet sucked. Wed night the guy forgot to order our car and we waited and waited. Thurs night same thing. lots of folks who came to valet after us got their cars and left - we waited almost 30 minutes. complained nicely about the wait and one guy brought the wrong car. finally got our car. I'm a current guest here, I can say the employees have the best attitudes, the best room service, clean, Quiet and very respectful.I can say I don't want to leave this comfy room even being in the middle of everything!
My family and I stayed here for close to a week and we loved it! Every employee we communicated with was very friendly and helpful! They were all very nice to our 3 year old son! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our shower started to drain slowly one morning and within 20 minutes of us reporting it it was fixed! The food at the restaurant was excellent!
