The employees are terrific. I would stay here if I went to Denver again.
The Grand Hyatt was the host hotel for a conference at the end of September. Staff were exceptional from one of the managers to the front desk employee to the restaurant server to the housekeeper. I was extremely impressed. Our hoisekeeper went out of her way to provide excellent service along with a smile, kind word, and thanked us for staying at her hotel. Can't say enough and will consider staying here when we return.

Love the renovations. Appreciated the staff being so user-friendly and guiding people to the event. The serving staff is exceptional. The food was very good as well.
I've been to a few Hyatt hotels and the Grand Hyatt in Denver is by far one of the best hotels I've been to. The staff was friendly and service was great. I stayed on the top floor and the view was awesome. Bed was comfortable and glad checkout was at 2:00 pm since I had a little too much to drink the night before. I will definitely stay at Grand Hyatt Denver again.
