The facilities a beautifully appointed. My 33rd floor view of the mountains and city were stunning. The staff are engaging and not overly friendly. My only issue is that the walls were paper thin. My neighbor's television kept me awake most if the night and I heard every conversation as people passed my door.
The Grand Hyatt has a great staff. Everyone was nice and helpful
The service was excellent. There was 24 hour assistance available for us! The hotel decor was warm and inviting. The room decor had a bold contemporary edge, and a soft appeal that made us feel warm and at home! Our experience in the restaurant was even more spectacular! The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the service was 5 star!!!
