Hands down, one of the best experiences. Andrew, Grand Club concierge, was incredible. Beautiful rooms & the most dedicated staff.
The staff was friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable of events, restaurants, and things to do. The sky court was awesome too!

This review is for conference functions. I attended a conference here; I am a local so didn't stay and can't speak to the rooms. That being said, their staff is ridiculously friendly! Every single staff member I talked to was lovely, kind and accommodating. I have celiac disease and the event organizers notified the hotel in advance. They had gluten free food every day for me, including a box lunch for our half day session today.
