This place at first was off to a bad start due to short staffed due to COVID-19. However once we were finally able to check into our rooms due to such a bad start they upgraded our rooms which by the way they were awesome. Then as our evening was winding down and we had got all the kids to bed we received a phone call from home to tell us there had been an unexpected death in the immediate family. So at midnight we had to pack up and drive five hours home. The following Monday the hotel manager called and offered their condo... read more

Our kids couldn't sleep because of the fireworks and calling the front desk turned no results if they even answere... read more

We loved everything about this resort and the fact we spent 3 nights in Branson and never had to leave the resort. My husband & I took our 4 kids ages 1, 6, 8, & 10 and everyone loved it! The staff in every area was very polite too.
