RecommendedGreat for kids. Not so much for the older kiddos. Maybe under 10? We have a 5 yr old grandson who had a blast in the water park. Not sure why they aren’t providing housekeeping services though, nothing else covid related is affected. They are selling out shows and the arcade is full. 🤷🏼♀️ So the housekeeping thing was a bit frustrating. Other than that, it’s a fun time!
We visited this resort and waterpark for the first time today and we were very impressed with the staff. The water park was complete sensory overload for my autistic son, but he absolutely loved it and the staff was so kind and helpful. Every staff member I interacted with asked us if we needed anything and the nice attendant working the water slide would bump my son to the front of the line when he noticed that the wait time was triggering a sensory meltdown. We ate dinner at the buffet two days ago. Many customers did not wear face masks while serving themselves from the buffet. One lady even ate food off of her plate and then served herself more. All other buffets we have been to since Covid have had servers put the food on our plates. This was unacceptable and made us not want to eat there
very nice workers rooms are amazingly clean and nice. Indoor water park is great we loved it lots to do would definitely recommend them to anyone.will use them our next trip there.

We just stayed here last weekend. The kids loved the ‘clubhouse’ room with bunk beds - they were even content playing in the room because they loved it so much! While the indoor water park features were nice, I was very disappointed in the experience. It was October and 70 degrees outside, but the water indoor was freezing and unbearable.
