RecommendedResort is absolutely wonderful and very clean and spacious room, lots to do for adults as well as children, 2 free pizzas per room is a great incentive, I definitely would return for another visit.
Had an amazing weekend with the family. So much to do. Clean rooms. Buffet was delicious. I do recommend bringing drinks and snacks for your room. Do that and you never have to leave the resort area. Kids loved the Amazing Pets Show, go carts and pizza.
Inside water park is 200 degrees and so humid. Not to mention how small it is. Outside pool is super small and water freezing cold. So many trashy people are here, not sure if they are locals using facilities or they are staying at hotel. Room was clean ( bunk bed room) but small. We stay at Welk every year so I guess we are spoiled, thought we would try something new. Never again! Kids hated it here and we are leaving a day early. So disappointed
Awesome two day get away. Plenty of activities for the kids without breaking the bank or staying in the car riding from place to place.
We have been here 3 times over several years. We love this place. For the price and amenities, it can NOT be beat. For the people who have complaints, here are my thoughts: -The whole world has changed because of Covid-19. Slow check-in is a DIRECT result of “one out, one in” capacity rule. -4th of July is THE time for fireworks in America. good room service nice welcome clean rooms service upon request n the Buffet was everything! But most of all it was great fun for all ages!
This place is not what was advertised! It is a MOTEL with a small waterpark next door. You have to drive to the waterpark. To top off our disappointment, our room is right next to the smoking spot, so my kids and I have to walk through smoke to get to our NON smoking room. We were hoodwinked! VERY disappointing!
3 night stay, standard 2 queens no package deal. check in was 3 hours late. water park was okay for 2.5 year old. needs updates and much more room. it's packed, always. same with any other building, packed. all food places was good and reasonably priced. however did not try dinner buffet, they were closed early every night so we missed it. free tea and coffee in each building. room was clean, beds okay but pillows hard as rock. rooms around you can be loud but it's a motel style so that's what you get. service was great ever... read more
We had a great experience we had that all exclusive package, that included food and activities for the kids .the staff ,front desk ,behind the scenes and every worker at this place has excellent customer service !if you’re looking for a place to take your family with everything including the food for one price this is a great great place to visit. very clean hand sanitizer everywhere and everyone wears a mask we will be back we thoroughly enjoyed it
