Our family had an absolute blast !! The kids played at the water park all day, my Wife and I got to sit and relax, and watch them have the time of their life. I personally would like to thank all the staff for creating such a good environment for our family. We will definitely be coming back.
We are currently staying the weekend here. Very busy place. Having a lot of fun so far. THE ONLY issue I have had so far is with the some rules. We purchased the all inclusive package with 2 rooms. There is 4 adults and 2 kids. Upon check in you receiver a wristband that states your all inclusive and has a date it expires on it. Works good. They don’t tel you that to use the unlimited go karts ride and for the water slides in the water park you must stand in another line and get different bracelets for the kids. Our family had an amazing weekend
Rude lifeguards and inconsistent rules at the water park. One set of rules for the first 3 hours and then a different set of rules when a new lifeguard comes on duty. That doesn't work for a 2 year old. And because I mentioned something about it, my 2 year old got kicked out of the water park. Put a terrible damper on the end of the trip.
Most of the reviews I read are complaining about the check in process. I stood in front of a man who had waited 2 mins and already started complaining. People in general lack patience. I waited too but it was so worth it! This place was BEYOND amazing! The staff were so helpful and kind and did everything humanly possible to check everyone in as quickly as they could. We rented a room here, it is absolutely filthy and awful. They advertise laser tag, we went to play sorry only 2 vests working. ok We went to ride go carts....nope, our kids were to short to ride. They could have told us before we paid. The indoor water park has no air flow. it was hot and disgusting. Covid bed!!!! I want my money back.
