When I was there this blond waitress, i think her name was andrea or amber was picking her nose and didnt wash her hands. GROSSSS

Shame on you, Grand Coney...allegations of sexual harassment at your Wyoming property and you are quick to deny it, even though a manager confirmed it was going on and NOTHING was done...will never eat again at ANY of your locations.

Horrible late night service...I’m a regular that always makes it in, tonight seats available at the bar and the hostess declined to let me take one....I know the after bar crowd makes it hard for the staff, but this was an unnecessary decline for a seat that was open.

My friends and I used to frequent The Grand Coney. We’ve repeatedly given them another chance and they’ve failed us each time. The menu has changed gradually each visit, featuring increased prices and decreased quality and selection. Despite it never being very busy anymore, service always seems to take forever, too. It’s really disappointing because we used to LOVE it here. Please return to your former luster. �

I have been here a few times, but many of my friends are consistent regulars. I've always had fun here and appreciated the environment but lately I've been hearing stories of poor service, cold food and other disappointments. Then recently a friend of mine was there and a waitress dumped a whole tray of food on him, completely ruining his clothes. LOVE this place!! Such a fun casual diner to get together with friends - their motz sticks & frickles are the crispiest - delicious snacks - also super reasonably priced and you get a lot of food!!
