Server was awesome. Kitchen was horrid. 40+ minutes to get some of our food. Re food that did come out was wrong it cold!!! HORRIBLE!! Again Leslie the server was awesome.

Curtis, Thanks for the response. We do indeed have serve safe certified people like me, the General Manager. I am sorry our other manager got confused by this. I assure you the health department keeps tabs on those types of things. I apologize for the mix up on the food and the very long waits you endured. We have discussed this as a management team.
It was great the service was fast we sat down and got our drinks and then not even 5 mins we got our food

When you go to a place that is always busy, it's usually because it's a good place to eat. Therefore you have to expect that your meal is going to take a while to receive. Some people get upset way too quick in that situation. If you are in that big of a hurry, go to a fast food joint. And don't take it out on the staff. They are doing their best and yes they can make a mistake. Handled in a proper manner, it is corrected in a proper way.
