Andy the night manager handled a high tension situation with an intoxicated patron. Who was harassing a very talented star member - Robert. He was respectful and saught to calm the situation. We enjoyed seeing his very resourceful and respectful dealing with the patron. Great work Andy and Robert!
Great food, even better service and staff....the manager Andy personally helped my girlfriend and I out in a pinch. Definitely a fan and a repeat customer...stop by and check 'em out, you won't be disappointed. Best I've had personally outside of D-town. Thanks Andy and everyone at Grand Coney! �

We eat there on a semi-regular basis and have never had a bad experience. My special needs daughter can't handle a long wait, and that's never been a problem. Good food for a good price and good service. My wife loves the chili cheese fries. I was a bit shocked at the negative reviews.

We sat down ordered our food. Our waitress was good. Watching the ball game...see THE MANAGER (white guy with glasses) open & touch my omelette with his BARE HANDS before he brings it out. Admits he touched the food. They remake the food. We ask for silver ware & he literally throws it on the table. Start eating the omelette. Then, have to pull a piece of plastic out of my mouth that was in the middle of my omelette. At that point we were DONE!! then they wants to charge us for my coffee.
