My food was great, my server too (my favorites always are). The manager, however, should keep his voice down when being rude. Telling a server to "stop yapping & run some food" within ear shot of customers is unprofessional.

I'm a sucker for a classic Kogel Coney and am so thankful that Grand Coney continues to serve them. Food was great, service was good and our seating area was nice and clean. I like that the food hasn't changed over the years and remains the same between locations. I always know what to expect which is why I keep coming back. Thanks Grand Coney!
I’ll tell y’all something. I was born in Southwest Detroit. I know what goes into a good coney and many here can vouch. Snap of the skin on the dog, meaty sauce, fresh onions, and tangy mustard. Last night I visited. My chili dog came out sloppy. The manager Andrew was a great help. He was very professional in handling the situation; quickly as well. I'll definitely visit again thanks to the great customer service this gentleman provided.
