worst meal ever! found plastic in the food and the manager said "he was sorry" offered us some coupons for a future meal with them and "hoped we would give them another chance". we waited 45 minutes for the mediocre meal. it was a horrible experience: cold food, poor service, inexperienced staff and a management team that didn't know how to rectify the situation. actually felt sick afterward...wife found eggshells in her meal! went there with my sister and nephew as they go there on sundays sometimes and have had good experi... read more

The food and the staff are, as always, amazing. But apparently the new managers are some jerks who are making everyone cover up their tattoos... ya know because this isn't America. Really disappointing.
Breakfast was great! Great food and great service. The country fried steak is huge! Definitely coming back when we make a trip to Grand Rapids again😊
One of the only places open at 6am And we came from out of town so we gave it a try. When we walked in the place was so clean, staff greeted us and were very friendly. The manager waited on us and he was so pleasant. We all got different things, a skillet that was heaping, corned beef hash was the same, and not out of a can!!! Yes!!
