We love Emerson Park! My wife and I moved into Emerson Park for our first home. Brittni and the rest of the team are second to none. They answered every question we had while we were still looking, while we lived their, and during our process of finding a new home too! They made life super easy and the team was always super accessible. Apartments are cozy and customizable, amenities are great, and the community we were in was amazing!

Great move-in The customer service in leasing office is outstanding! Chloe and Brittni are very professional but also sweet and personable. The technology Champion utilizes for leasing is top notch and makes the process very simple. My unit was immaculate when I moved in and there was a very nice card and thank you gift left for me. Also, the customer service doesn’t stop after the lease is signed. Brittni saved me a lot of money by helping me with my automatic rent payment. I highly recommend Emerson Park.

Comfort and Friendliness on a Grand Scale I have lived at GaP for going on 3 years now, and I love it. Friendly staff and neighbors, immaculate facilities and grounds, wonderful events, pet-friendly, and close to everything. The community is incredibly walkable to surrounding residential neighborhoods. Last but not least, my apartment is the oasis I need after a long work day. Could not love this place more.
Great place to call home!! We have live here since the apartments have opened. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is spacious and is rarely crowded. My girls absolutely love the pool and pool area, especially the splash deck. I live here with my wife and 3 kids and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood ... read more

We love it here! My partner and I moved in about two months ago, and we have loved it here ever since! We love how spacious and nice our unit is and how affordable the rent has been. There's also tons of green space, and the buildings are all nicely spread out so there's always plenty of parking. Great Management My wife and I lived here before Champion took over. There was a huge improvement in the quality of the management. Better amenities, more friendly office staff, and everything was more consistent. When picking somewhere to live, I think that should be at the top of your list. Location is boppin and apartments are only about 2 years old so everything is still nice.
