My dwelling place I am in my dwelling place, Grand at Polaris since last 2 months. Its been very exciting since me and my wife started search for a place in Columbus. When I visited the place for the first time, I couldn't believe that it was as it was shown on website. No ambiguity in any section of the house. Love my new place! Moved into a two story apartment, I really love it. I have never lived in a townhouse before, I was worried my utility bills would be very high because of how big my apartment is, but when I got my first bill it was very reasonable. It's very quiet and new, haven't had any issues and would definitely recommend to others.
Beware controlled utility prices Electric and water prices are controlled by complex. Expect to pay $400-$500 a month. (Google Submetering)

This is in response to the review regarding utility billing at our community. It is important to note that NEP charges the same residential rate as AEP for electricity and City of Columbus for water. NEP is unable to charge a higher rate than what is outlined by current tariffs as defined by the host utility provider. Grand at Polaris Grand at Polaris is a lovely brand new apartment complex with everything me and my boyfriend could have wanted. A luxurious pool, an outdoor ping pong table, a workout center, a mini dog park and even an arcade room with classic arcade games and other games (air hockey, foosball, etc.)! It's filled with nice families and plenty of cute dogs which is the perfect environment for us. Not to mention it's located in Polaris which has so much to for us to do, eat and shop.
