Amazing Place to Stay with Family We recently moved to Grand at Polaris and we absolutely LOVE the Community. Our leasing person (Marina) is so nice to work with and patient with all our questions. The property is well maintained and maintenance work orders are done very quickly. It's located in the heart of Polaris where everything necessary things like school, grocery, medical, restaurants etc. are literally 5 mind drive away. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for your new home.

Great place! I moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been great!!! The staff is amazing and so incredibly helpful. I came here after a really bad situation at a different apartment complex in the area and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! The community here has been great and maintenance has been really quick to address even the smallest of issues. When I moved in, all the staff even wrote a welcome note for me which I have never seen done at any apartment I've ever lived at.... read more

A place to call home We have lived I. The community for 3yrs and still love our community and take full advantage of all the great amenities. The entire team is great and care about the residents! We love the new grilling stations and updates ,the ceiling fans are a great addition! Thanks cortland you rock ??

Excited with my new home The team is excellent, kind and very proactive, the houses are very beautiful and the amenities are perfect. I’m very happy living here. I’m highly recommend grand Polaris.
Verified Renter We absolutely love the green spaces and side walks that are everywhere within our community. It makes us feel like we are not on top of neighbors and are able to enjoy our community more. The community also offers large balcony’s with storage spaces attached that comes in so handy!! We spend lots of time on our large balcony. The view is amazing as it over looks a pond and it feels so private because you cannot see either neighbor on either side. We are so glad we chose emerson park as our first home!

Feels like home We love living in a town house at Grand at Polaris since March 2023. The administration is excellent, the staff always solving any problem we may have immediately. We feel safe and comfortable living here. Grand at Polaris is the best place to live in Lewis Center. Lillian
