A great place to live! Wow... I can't believe I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been great from the start! I cannot express to you how wonderful the staff members are that work here. They are such a kind bunch of people who strive to make this a great place for all residents to call home. No joke... a few weeks ago I had to put in a maintenance request early one morning. Exceptional Service: Apartment Agent Ensures Seamless Clubhouse Booking Experience! I am a current resident. I had a fantastic experience with the community manager Marina who helped me book the clubhouse. Amazing Place to Stay with Family We recently moved to Grand at Polaris and we absolutely LOVE the Community. Our leasing person (Marina) is so nice to work with and patient with all our questions. The property is well maintained and maintenance work orders are done very quickly. It's located in the heart of Polaris where everything necessary things like school, grocery, medical, restaurants etc. are literally 5 mind drive away. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for your new home.

Great place! I moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been great!!! The staff is amazing and so incredibly helpful. I came here after a really bad situation at a different apartment complex in the area and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! The community here has been great and maintenance has been really quick to address even the smallest of issues. When I moved in, all the staff even wrote a welcome note for me which I have never seen done at any apartment I've ever lived at.... read more

Very accommodating I recently moved to Columbus and needed a place asap. Marina and Lindsey were very nice and supportive of my housing needs. They were very professional and handled my requests rapidly and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better complex to live in or better staff to work with! I’m a very grateful

Feels like home We love living in a town house at Grand at Polaris since March 2023. The administration is excellent, the staff always solving any problem we may have immediately. We feel safe and comfortable living here. Grand at Polaris is the best place to live in Lewis Center. Lillian
