LOVE! i’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this ones really have stuck out to me. We have lived here a year and are moving within the complex because we just LOVE it here. We live in a townhome now and wanted a one floor and Meredith and Emily made the entire process so easy! These girls are so awesome and helpful with everything! Comfort and Friendliness on a Grand Scale I have lived at GaP for going on 3 years now, and I love it. Friendly staff and neighbors, immaculate facilities and grounds, wonderful events, pet-friendly, and close to everything. The community is incredibly walkable to surrounding residential neighborhoods. Last but not least, my apartment is the oasis I need after a long work day. Could not love this place more.

Love this property! I love Grand At Polaris! Ive been living there for about 3 years now and so far I haven't had a bad experience. The staff is so lovely and the Manager Meredith is so caring and makes us feel very wanted. Highly recommand this property!!
This property is what I was looking for... love it! The town house where I am living is super clean, quite community, very secure. The staff at the Grand Polaris is so friendly and helpful, the amenities offered are fantastic, and maintenance is prompt! The pool is in perfect condition, the gym also. I really recommend it.
Competent staff, beautiful apartment and community My sister and I came in from out of town to look for places in Columbus, OH. After a few properties where we could see we weren't going to get a bigger bang for our buck we started touring north of Columbus, OH. Meredith gave us an excellent tour of the property. Great place!! Great community and staff. I like the pond in the middle and the pool area is amazing. The gym is better than my old apartment complex and better equipped.
Amazing Place to Stay We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay while our home was being built, from the friendly faces at the office to the endless amenities on site. The neighbors are kind and the grounds are well maintained. We had one service call and the response time was exceptional! This was truly a wonderful experience for us. Thank you for providing a home for our family of 4 and our two Golden Retrievers , (Buddy and Lucy) and Sylvester our kitty.
