4 months Keara Robison kept stringing me along regarding my neighbour who doesn't want to do her share of maintenance weeding front off her flat or her back area. I was told not to do it as it's her share of a back garden but it is ok to leave it with 3 feet high weeds same at front. Grampian Housing are a waste of time. Promises to get back to you just never happen. Have called and emailed to no avail.
Me and my family are grampian housing tenants. We have a 1 year old , 6 year old and my partner is disabled (ms). We have been left without hot water to the bath for 2 years. The kitchen ceiling fell through when upstairs flat leaked and we were left with hole in ceiling for 6 months but upstairs and downstairs were fixed the same day and day after , currently leaking again. There is black mold in kitchen and mold around windows in bedrooms with little animals on window ledges.there are little sewerage flies everywhere in th... read more
Do not accept accept a house from this company,it will give you nothing but stress and headaches.shoddy houses and won’t fix anything properly.they fob you off with lots of bull and blame you or the contractors.staff so unhelpful and rude.rent increases very high every year.they should be ashamed by the way they treat people.
Terrible housing association. Spoke to the most rude woman on the phone and with 0 helpful information and treated like scum. Would stay well clear of Grampian housing. Shocking customer service
