Had a wonderful experience living at The Forge, Newcastle. Sam, Charlotte, Christina, Rhys, the night shift staffs and the repair team were amazing! They were very inclusive, friendly, approachable and helpful. I commend their efficiency in solving some of the issues I had in our flat in no time, making my stay worthwhile. We lived at The Forge in Newcastle for almost four years, and it truly became a cozy place that always felt like home. We had a great house viewing with Naseem Ahmadi! She was always kind, and informative. She answered all our questions clearly whether in person or via text, putting up with somewhat silly questions and my other indecisive tenant. She was excellent at moving the process forward faster and protecting us from scams.
Had a viewing at Tilt Works in Sheffield with Naseem, she was lovely and full of useful information, was able to answer all our questions in detail. It was also nice to see how friendly she was with the tenants as we were walking around the building.
I had the pleasure of working with John Carroll from Grainger PLC, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. John was instrumental in pushing for much-needed renovations to our kitchen, and the results have made a huge difference to our daily lives.
