Went from Brunswick to the dealership. I had contacted them as they requested. On my way. The vehicle was not even on the lot !!!. Can you say lack of customer service.

From convincing us to purchase the extended warranty to taking care of a manufacturer's problem (that wasn't even a Grainger fault) - we couldn't ask for better customer service or treatment.
