I had had a great experience buying my very first new car. I told them what I could afford, what terms I needed to have to get one and they totally worked with me and made it happen. I now have a new Versa with the best warranty on the market and can not only make the payments, but I can do it comfortably. They took such good care of me that I've already been referring them to anyone who needs a vehicle.
Terrible experience with shady employees and managers. They will waste your time so don't be fooled, you're better off heading to another dealership, any other dealership.....

Since we move from NJ to GA this was the best experience with a car dealer service,service to the max great sales men Big R and Mr Ferguson and the finance guy Mr James Way great Job guys keep it up you made us feel like family we are very pleased with doing busy with you .
The are the worst run around backwards, up sell dodge ball, game playing, manipulating people I ever met. Grainger Honda is great and I purchased 3 new cars from them. After two hours of game playing I walked out. The crazy manager Mr. Blue chased us and beat on our window when we're obviously pissed and ready to leave. Bought the same car $1000 cheaper at Vaden Nissan in half the time. Beware!!!
