If there was a way to give a negative rating I would. The service department has been late by hours and days, they even had us come in for a part under warranty, took our vehicle, then called us five hours later and said they didn't have the part.
This is our 3rd purchase from Grainger Nissan and another great experience. Spencer Thomas & Gregory Zupfer did an outstanding job in getting us in my Nissan Murano-Platinum and showing me all the features that the Murano has to offer !
