Went for oil change while in the waiting area I received a text message from one of the sale woman, saying she had a question about my car that was being served, ask if it was ok to text. I said yes, then the foolishness begin. Her text stated "I know this may sound crazy but I was looking for your date and model to trade🙄 was I interested". Now I'm pissed not only did I think there was an issue with my car but for you to ask me to trade via text smh HELL NO you could have come to the lobby to ask face to face.
They treat you like family.

They could stop lying to get people into the sales room. We drove from the island to see a car that they said they had when I called before I left. When I got there they said they had sold it on Saturday. Tried to swap me to another model. Old trick plain and simple.
DO NOT give this poor establishment your business !!!! Telling a 21 year old that they had the keys waiting for him on his first car, and he gets there to be told ,” oh sorry that one sold , but we have a newer one available “. One of the oldest tricks out there , bad business ethics !!!
