Department communication is lacking. I told the three people involved in my vehicle purchase about my intend to use my credit union as my lender. Unbeknownst to me it turns out that all paperwork signed was for "their" lender. After numerous attempts to communicate about issues with the delivery of a check from MY lender, not for approval just delivery, I brought in my check in person.
