I will never step foot in this establishment again. Had a tire failure due to sidewall blowout. Talked to Michelin about the issue and called my service advisor Clint back to ask him to confirm with Michelin that the sidewall did indeed fail. Talked back to Michelin and they said they were told by Clint that I hit something is why the tire blew. Then after I confronted him about it he lied to my face about what he said. Excellent customer service. Spencer Thomas and David Wade were awesome. They worked with me on what I could afford and the kind of vehicle I wanted. They was very generous and willing to work with me to make sure I understood all the features about my new SUV. This is a new direction for me since I've been driving Plymouth/Dodge/Chrysler brands for so many years. Thank you for an awesome experience!
These guys were friendly from the moment we pulled on the lot right through test driving several vehicles, negotiations, signing papers, and took a pic before we drove away! This is my second purchase from this dealership and would definitely choose them for the next! Hezekiah Blades was great!
