The most appalling GP surgery you will ever come across - sorry to say this - If you get to see an actual doctor then you deserve a medal!! Better off going to A&E at the local hospital… at least there you already know they are incompetent!!
Honestly this practice is really improving . I have always had excellent care here .
Worst experience
When I tried to make an appointment for follow-up on 15/5/25, I was told that the next available appointment was in three weeks. This is an unfair amount of time to wait for medical attention, especially when experiencing symptoms that require attention. They sent me to the pharmacist at Tesco and the pharmacist told me they couldn't do anything because my condition was so bad, after that I decided to go to Weston super Mare hospital to see the doctor, they took my blood samples for testing, the CRP was very high and I had a... read more
