My original Herman Miller EA 124 chair from the seventies had a worn torsion cylinder, causing it to tilt back with almost no resistance. I looked online for a replacement part (not easy to find..) and ended up contacting Graham Mancha who had the part in stock and seemed very professional. Price for the part and the shipping to Luxembourg was only £150. I placed the order, paid with Paypal, and the part was already delivered the next day, without any import duty or VAT to pay.
