Please do not use! Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, lack of transparency… In reply to your comment - I indeed was a customer, check your records a little harder… shows just how useless you are! As you said- you know who I am and you did work for me and my family… badly

I definitely DO NOT recommend this firm. Extremely poor level of service. Delays, disorganised, many mistakes, HMRC deadlines missed and full of excuses for their incompetence. A complete lack of communication, transparency and professionalism. Failed to provide vital information. Insisted on airing his political views inappropriately at a meeting. Do not use if you hope to get matters sorted within a reasonable time! I found them offish and unprofessional to deal with, far from welcoming and seemed to take months to do what most other solicitors manage to sort far sooner. Communication is virtually non existent and they require occasional prompting to find out what they are doing towards your case. Would not recommend!
