Excellent treatment and service from the wonderful staff here. Top quality all round.
At first glance, everything appears polished and caring, but a closer look exposes it as overhyped, with services and items blatantly overpriced; you can find the same genuine care and professionalism elsewhere, with far better follow-up should things not go according to plan and none of the cloying pretence.
I only go in to recycle contact lenses but they are so welcoming and friendly
Been for a hearing test and audiology appointment this morning. A fantastic service. Audiologist was superb, explaining everything so well and listening attentively to my concerns and issues. Receptionist was brilliant and very helpful. What a great place ! Highly recommended
Don’t be put off by the ‘designer prices’… I have been using the Coe family business in Oakham and Melton for 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Customer service is second to none, equipment and resources are state-of-the-art and the all-round care for eye health is unbeatable.
