Last night my car wouldn’t start as I was stuck in a town I don’t know with no connections to help. He came out (on his day off!!) promptly and did everything he could to get my car back up and running. He was polite, prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. He totally saved me and was incredibly kind while I was in a panic. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and if i could give 6 stars I would! I car failed to start, I contacted Graham Baker, he was so prompt and so polite, solved my problem in minutes. What was particularly brilliant he waited until I was ready to leave before leaving himself. He gave me information where to get the part I needed. This is the service of a truly dedicated professional. Brilliant service.
Really poor service. Broke down at 9:10, waited 3 hours for the RAC to come out then from 12-5pm Graham baker recovery were apparently looking for us and couldn’t find our location when they were given a postcode (Herefordshire) but apparently ended up in Gloucestershire ….. when they had clearly been given the correct details from the RAC and it was on a main road. Rang the company and received lie after lie as to there where abouts, truth of the matter came out it was outside of their area and couldn’t be bothered to atten... read more
