Ordered flowers from overseas for a friend’s birthday and was sadly met with quite rude correspondence when I inquired about confusing information on fees that were inconsistent with website information. Glad delivery was done on time but mo follow up confirmation (was asked if I wanted it & I had confirmed); tone & service just simply unnecessary for a happy occasion and for the cost. I’m sure there are more humble & well meaning florists. I’ll look harder next time!

We ordered arrangements from G&T for an event. They were delivered to the venue when requested, and were really beautiful. We brought some home (others we gave away) and they are still looking good now (Friday, the event was last Saturday). We received a lot of comments on them.

Sad to have to post here but I didn't get a satisfactory response from liaising with them privately. Ordered flowers for my wedding and as instructed, I had them delivered the day before. I kept them in water until I was using them the next day. By the lunch after my ceremony, it was already drooping and looking sad I often buy flowers from florists and I know good blooms should last at least a week, usually even more as I trim them.
