Almost 2 years on and and our development is still not completed. The roads and paths are a disgrace and are yet to be tarmaced leaving overly raised kerbs for people to trip over and possibly severely injuring themselves, or worse! The site plans showed lucious greenary and block paving, instead we have unfinished roads, paths and driveways. Over 2 years living in the property and still the roads, footpaths and driveways have not been surfaced and the promised landscaping of the development never happened either. The artist impression of a beautiful estate with blocked paved drives, smooth tarmacked roads, trees and landscaping that tempted me into buying is a fantasy. Our development is still not finished 18 months after the last house was sold. We have no tarmac to paths, driveways or roads. The approach to the development is an eyesore too as they’ve forgotten to come back and sort as promised. No one wants to know on the phone or email. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Coupled with many of the bifold doors on the estate being scratched inside and out, but again they won’t do anything - just a coincidence.
