I've encountered an incredibly negative experience with @GPS Lettings regarding a property on Downbank Avenue, DA7 6RT. They have proven to be dishonest and deceitful, prioritizing money over honesty and fair dealing. Upon our initial viewing, the house appeared freshly painted, giving no indication of severe damp and mold issues.
