I don’t have many good things to say unfortunately which is very unlike me. The staff are often very rude and reluctant to offer any support especially when considering their services are constantly being changed. The doctors are nice, however trying to get seen is near to impossible even with the new schemes that they have adopted. I am aware that the NHS is under a lot of pressure, however no other doctors seem to be this incapable. If you are registering for a doctors I would strongly advise going elsewhere.
Most terrible GP. How difficult is it to make an appointment for my daughter. We have been trying for a month. They say they would call back, but don't. Where has all the professional receptionist gone.
Most unprofessional front of desk receptionists I've had to deal with, been registered at meadowside 20 years & twice this month had to endure bad experience in reception queue & at counter
Absolutely useless. The reception staff absolutely loathe patients - and don't ask them for anything - so be warned, anyone, who dare step towards the forbidden plexiglass. I had the utter temerity to ask for a print-out of my elderly father's prescription, which I needed for the appointment we were attending. The worse doctors surgery you can come across. Very poor receptionists. Patient neglect. They don't care about there Patients. This surgery looks at your skin colour and according to that they treat you... think twice if you thinking about joining them
