Sadly a three star as i made sure i was on time for my 9am appointment but not called in till after 9/10 am .Nobody in before me .
Very rude & unhelpful reception staff.
Booked a weight loss course of injections, such a helpful face to face consultation and they even gave me a free fruit and veg bundle to get me started! Highly recommended
Enjoy my first visit. Every thing explain in detail before proceeding.
Everyone was very friendly and I was seen virtually straight away. The only thing that I was surprised by was that I had to pay the full amount even though the nurse said I didn’t have any wax in my ears, so it was basically £45 for someone to look in my ears which took less than 5 minutes.
