Incredibly incompetent and unprofessional agency. Here’s my experience from my 6 month stay at Luminaire Apartments: Straight out the gate, utilities being included is basically just a lie. Gas simply won’t ever get turned on, and they’re too lazy to actually send across electricity meter readings (which tenants can’t view themselves since they’re locked away) unless you spam them relentlessly via email every month. Brenchley House at Week Street in Maidstone is pretty great if you want a nice and comfy place to stay and don't mind just a room. My room comes with a Zanussi oven! What! I can bake in my room!! I love it. The biggest problems are: 1. Internet. The only ISP allowed here is Talking Nodes Ltd, an IT consulting company in Oxfordshire (Paulton House, Peregrine Way, Bicester, Oxon, OX26 6XB), incorporated on 1 May 2001 and the only officer now is Stephen Lee Pearce.
