We have, and continue to experience problems with their service. There has been little change. Our issues are ongoing including, a routine repeat 3 monthly referral, which never happens unless we keep on requesting it many, many times. On more than one occasion, the prescription request that I make for the large number of prescription items that I require before I go on a long holiday has been prescribed incorrectly. I found the receptionist to be somewhat unprofessional in their manner. Her attitude came across as quite dismissive and unhelpful and definitey not very courteous during my interaction. Unfortunately this is not the first time of this happening. Seems to be a regular occurrence.

This place work tirelessly to make it difficult to see a doctor or receive any medical assistance. A medical centre who don't allow anyone to book an appointment and insist on a Ticketmaster style 8am scramble for appointments as if they're concert tickets, inevitably making it impossible to see anyone, is failing at being a medical centre. The sad thing is they could easily behave in an efficient manner like so many medical centres out there but are doing this on purpose. Completely evil behaviour.
