Absolutely awful business, i purchased 1 £100 voucher and was charged for and sent 2. I complained, asked for the second to be refunded. They responded saying they would pass it to the accounts team to be refunded and i haven't heard from them since despite many emails chasing them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

It's such a hassle to book, asks for over 24 hours notice to book a restaurant but then won't let you used the voucher even 48 hours away. Please just give someone the money. Only buy this for someone you don't like as punishment!

Please Read …. UPDATE !!!! the website and emails are now working. Finally managed to book and use the vouchers .. They have extended the expiry date by 3 months so I suggest you all use your vouchers asap.
REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS Don’t buy any vouchers !!! the website, telephone and emails are all down.I’ve left numerous messages but have had no response and unable to redeem my voucher. Looks like they have took the money and ran Check all the recent reviews!!! They all saying the same. Have reported to trading standard. And I suggest u do the same !!!
