Can’t knock them at all , expensive yes but sadly most vets are now so in reality they aren’t out of ordinary prices , they definitely care for the animals and want what’s best for them believe me some vets don’t Staff are all great 🙌🏼
I take my 2 dogs and 2 cats to goudhurst, everybody is always so friendly and kind to my pets which means so much, Chloe is amazing, Claire all of the girls my Lab now loves the vets
The reception team and any nurse / vet I have dealt with here are wonderful. They are sensitive to yours and your pets needs, they actually listen, and they're realistic about what is the best course of action, not just offering treatments for the sake of it. They are sensitive to different circumstances, busy lifestyles and affordability concerns too. This is through personal experience and hearing conversations with others. Having been with this practice for years, it has now clearly been bought out and is utterly shocking. Their prices are sky high, all their long standing nurses and receptionists have bailed, they quote a price and then add on extras for their insurance claims (even for standard procedures such as a biopsy) and generally only care out the money. I would 100% avoid this Practice. Let's hope the Government bans this madness, they are taking advantage of how much people care for their animals for financial gain. Shame on them.
Amazing service in a time of extreme stress. The calming nature of the team diffused all worries and provided excellent care to a beloved pet. On returning for a check up multiple members of the team remembered Pumpkin and showed genuine care over her wellbeing. I can't recommend these vets enough. I felt listened to and not rushed to complete the appointment when addressing issues and was given advice that would benefit my cat outside of the services offered. Chloe's bedside manner was amazing, a champion for poorly pets.
